OUR SELECTION PROCESS

THE INITIAL SCREENING

The initial screening is made through an information system that gathers the CV sent to the Sibeg website, on the basis of objective requisites relative to the searched profile.

FIRST INTERVIEW

The aptitude test is performed through group interviews for new graduates, and through a one-to-one interview for profiles with work experience.

TECHNICAL INTERVIEW

It makes up the final phase of the selection process. It is an interview centered around the specific competences of the candidate and is performed by the function managers who the chosen candidate will go to work with. Training is further discussed, technical knowledge and any professional experience.
Moreover, the ability to apply the acquired university knowledge of business is evaluated.

FINAL SELECTION AND FEEDBACK

At the end of the selection process, the candidates who are more in line with the searched characteristics are indicated.
Sibeg’s HR takes care of communicating, to each single candidate, the final result of the selection. The chosen candidate will be contacted by the Personnel office to formalize the inclusion.
