The company's size and the complexity of the processes led to the creation of Legislative Decree 8 June 2001 No. 231, which governs the “Administrative liability of legal persons, companies and associations including those without legal status", through the adoption of an Organisation and Management Model (hereinafter Model 231). This Code of Conduct is an integral and mandatory part of Model 231. Model 231 was approved by the Sibeg's Board of Directors on 27 July 2010, and was amended in March 2022.
