ROAD MAPS 2026

On the road to a greener future, there is no room for emissions

1

New solar panel system

In-house energy production and use helps us reduce emissions and diversify energy sources.

2

Energy efficiency improvements on the blow moulding line.

Upgrade of the air compressor (ARS) and heating (TOEO) systems on two production lines.

3

Increased CO2 use

Increase CO2 use (as an ingredient/purchases) from 52% to 55% by 2026.

Electrification of the company’s fleet vehicles.

Complete electrification of our commercial fleet by 2026, to reduce emissions and fuel costs.

6

Battery storage

Installation of an accumulator system to power part of the factory and reduce energy purchases.

Increase the use of recycled aluminium

Increase our use of cans with a higher recycled aluminium content to 65% by 2026.

8

Increased rPET use

Use recycled PET for all our plastic bottles by 2025.

9

Energy-efficient refrigerated display cabinets

Purchase low-impact refrigerated display cabinets to reduce emissions

10

Replace LDPE with cardboard

SOLAR PANEL UPGRADES

Our current solar panel system, which can generate up to 250.000 kWh/year, will be supported by a new 2.000 kWp (approx.) plant, which will allow us to produce around 3.000.000 kWh of renewable energy per year.

98% WASTE RECYCLING

98% of our waste products are sent to authorised recycling centres. Furthermore, thanks to a special water treatment system, we can keep our wastewater well below the maximum limits imposed by law.

SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

Sibeg looks to the future, focusing on energy-saving, environmental sustainability and waste reduction, with the objective of leaving the world a better place for the generations to come. A vision that fully aligns with our mission, policies and current regulations.
